June Supplement will be used. Note that due to technical difficulties, the June Supplement is not out. Here is the text of USCF's recommendation:

May 21, 2003
Dear Mr. Salinas,
Unfortunately the disk files are created with the same files they are trying to work on.  I do have a suggestion for you.  You can use the 5/3 unofficial ratings on the website.  These ratings will become the June Supplement Ratings as soon as they work out their technical problems.
Hope that helps you out a little.
Sincerely,
Nancy Evans

So if you need to know your June rating, goto The USCF weekly rating site  and look up your 5/3 unofficial rating.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
