Free parking, but please do not park in adjacent parking lots as your car may be towed.

Entry Fee: 3 day $84, 2 day $83 if mailed by 11/4, else $98 at site.

Online entry $85 (+fee) with MC/Visa by 11/13.

$30 discount for Junior (under 18)/Senior (over 65)/full time College/Handicap/Fide titled players (counts 60% toward based on prizes.) Only one discount per entry.

Credit cards not accepted at site.

GMs free if they complete the tournament and turn in legible score sheets, $70 deducted from prize. GMs must register at site.

Re-entry is $45 and counts as half toward based on prizes. Re-entry not available in Championship section.

CCA minimum ratings will  be used.

5th Edition of USCF rules will be used.

This tournament is opened to all USCF members, but highest finishing Texas player in each class is Texas Class Champion. E. G. highest finishing Texas 'A' player in the U2000 section is the Texas Class A Champion.

$12000 in prizes based on 225 full entries.

Foreign Unrateds must play in Championship section.

Up to two point byes available if requested before round 2, but byes for both rounds 4 AND 5 is not permitted.

Texas Chess Association membership is recommended but not required.

3 day: Registration 11/14, 6:15pm-7:15. 2 day: Registration 11/15, 8-8:30 am.
